We told the boys about going to PS and they took it well…
and I didn’t have to cook either. I was able to convince Phil that since he took the girls out when we said they had to move out in the next 3 months, I felt fair was fair and we should take the boys out! lol…
So he told them and they were speechless, a huge feet for those two, for about 30 seconds. At first when my hubby said we want to tell you something, they started guessing. They thought we were going into missions now! Then it was, “Is mom having a baby!”!!!! bwwwaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Ok they were happy and thought of all the great things. But they thought they could “choose” their subjects. Like they wanted science but not spelling…lol…I guess they have been a bit sheltered.
We will have them both tested for placement in August and they will attend the summer reading camp in Aug. to familarize them with the classroom setting and getting their skills going. All in all it was a good thing.
Whew…..now what will I do with myself????
